Hot: 15%-Off Refurb Lenses at Canon Store, Discounts on Bodies

The Canon Direct Store just started a hot refurbished sale: 15%-off refurbished lenses, no coupon code is necessary. The sale ends at 11:59 pm on December 19th. 15%-off is the largest refurbished lens discount that we’ve seen in over two years. They are also discounting refurbished bodies heavily. Not many lenses are in-stock at this time, but check out our refurb stock tracker and sign-up for notifications to get e-mailed if there is a restock.

Refurbished items from Canon USA come with a 1-year Canon USA warranty.

Why no comments. Isn’t it a good deal? I want to purchase 77D+50mm/f1.8 lens, good time or not?

15% is a good deal, although keep in mind some may back off because Canon has to charge sales tax, which for some of us brings the discount to less than 10%. Another thing to consider is that these are pretty popular focal lengths, so they either sold out quickly or people already have those lenses.

Having said all that, Canon refurbs are good; Ive purchased several over the years and never had an issue with any of them. During this sale, I bought an 85mm STM lens as a gift, because even with tax it I still saved over $30. If they have what you want and you like the price, go for it!

I bought the 80D and 18-135mm for my brother, I currently use Nikon but that camera is the best fit for him.

You’d think the lens store would have inventory if they’re going to have a sale. Just a reason to buy elsewhere
