Street Price Drops on Canon Lenses, 35L for $899, Sigma Art 50 $749

First, a quick reminder: the exclusive deal from Adorama on the Sigma Art 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM for Canon expires in a few hours — it is only $749.00 (a total of $200 off the regular price of $949). You will need to use the coupon code PPCPW2015 to see the discounted price of $749 at checkout.

We now have a few more discounts available in our street price program (no coupon stacking required). If you’re unfamiliar with the program — we help arrange great prices on brand new gear from Canon authorized dealers, at lower prices than they’re allowed to list. Read the FAQ for more details.

Finally, an update to yesterday’s stacking madness: it looks like most orders are progressing towards fulfillment tomorrow, fantastic news! Remember, 15%-off is available all week, so set notifications via our refurbished tracker to get e-mailed whenever popular lenses come in-stock at 15% off.

Refurbished Primes and Tilt-Shifts In-Stock at the Canon Direct Store

The Canon Direct Store restocked their refurbished lenses yesterday. A few of the most popular items (e.g. the 70-200 II, and 85L II) sold out very quickly, be sure to set a notification at our refurbished stock tracker if you’d like to catch these items in-stock. They still have stock of some rarely stocked primes and tilt-shift lenses:

Canon Direct Store: Popular Refurbished Lenses Restocked

Canon Refurb Store — 15% Off Lenses Restocked at 11 AM ET

The Canon Direct Store sale on refurbished lenses just restocked. They’re offering 15% off. See above for the most desirable items. See the refurbished stock tracker for all items in stock.

Many readers bought the item they wanted by setting an e-mail notification on a specific item, and they were notified within minutes when the restock happened at 11:00 AM ET. You can check out our e-mail notification system, which e-mails you the instant an item is in-stock below your target price (you can choose either brand new, or used/refurbished). We put together a new notification management page where you can see all your active notifications (and manage them from one convenient page).

It’s important to set notifications on specific items as these happen automatically when the restock happens. If you’re only notified on main-page blog posts, there is a slight delay as we have to create the blog post first — we’re fast, but as you can see it still takes a good ten minutes (after which the bulk of the desirable lenses are gone).
