Any idea how long it takes them to ship items? I ordered something on the 4th and still hasn’t shipped. Try calling, but was told 90 minute wait time.
My RP+24-240mm kit that I ordered on 01 Dec 2020 1:38am (the sale started at 12am) is still in back order status. That kit was in stock when I ordered. I called them up twice each time it was a 75 to 90 mins wait before you can talk to anyone. I am asking them a simple question “Do you think I can get it before Christmas”, they are like “Sorry we cannot give you any ETA”. I was so frustrated but stopped short of telling them if you do not have something in stock WTF are you selling saying it is in stock? Canon as a company is completely disappointing lately.
Mine was actually in stock. The order status says: Inventory Fullfilled (or something like that). That direct store must be a low priority for them.
More than a week to ship an item already in stock? That sounds really ridiculous. Feels like Canon storefront is a big mess.
