Does Canon offer any ‘price protection’ on refurb items? I bought the 16-35mm f/4 the day before the sale.
Yes. Call them. They adjust prices within fourteen days of purchase.
Do you know about when they have sales more than 10%? I know they have 15% sometimes and I believe that I’ve seen more before.. Thx
Most sales are 10% and they occasionally have 15%, about twice a year. They used to have 20% but we haven’t seen that for a very long time. Given that lenses regularly sell out at 10% or 15% they probably don’t see a need to discount by 20%.
