The Canon Direct Store is clearing out the refurbished EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM — it’s now available for only $949.99. This is a special price that is only available for two days (until November 7th at 11:59 PM), or while quantities last.

This represents a 25% discount from the regular refurbished price of $1279. We’re not surprised with this clearance price, due to the introduction of the EF 16-35mm f/2.8L III USM and its availability as a refurb ($1759.20), but the older version for just over half the price is a fantastic deal. This is the lowest price we’ve seen yet for this lens.
