On select items from the Canon instant rebate, you can stack a Prime Card Bonus Deal: Amazon Prime members will get 10% back total on select Canon RF cameras and lenses when putting their purchase on the Amazon Prime credit card.
Some of the Prime Card Bonus Deals that stack are:
- EOS R5 for $3149 (after cashback)
- RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM for $1799 (after cashback)
- RF 85mm f/1.2L USM for $2249 (after cashback)
- RF 85mm f/1.2L USM DS for $2519 (after cashback)
Unfortunately, some of the previously listed cameras and lenses, including the EOS R3, disappeared from the list after the rebate started. Too bad, because a new EOS R3 for $5039 net would have been amazing!
FWIW, I’ve never noticed any canon items fall off this list. All of them also list that the deal ends April 1st.
Do you see the EOS R3 still on the list? I find it depends on shipping address…
Yes I see the R3. It could have to do with location, I’m in the US. Depending on how you retrieve the data it could be a paging issue too. Sorting by price may return more consistent results.
Interesting. I see the EOS R3 in the “carousel” with other Canon items (no price given), but it doesn’t show up in the detailed list below. If I set a shipping address outside the US it shows up in the detailed list below. I suppose there’s a chance an EOS R3 purchase gets honored for the 10%-total cashback, but I’m not certain.
Don’t see Canon instant rebate on Amazon link
It’s already included in the Amazon prices.
I bought the R3 at $5039 today. Should be here Wednesday. Can be done.
ALL Canon R-mount mirrorless cameras and lenses (38 items) are individually listed as qualifying for the 10% cashback offer on the amazon webpage —- The one you land on when you click on the link (“10% back total on select Canon RF cameras and lenses”) provided in the first sentence of the CPW article above. And today, as this article posted, EVERY item I checked, even those hardest-to-find-in-stoock (R3, R7, R10, R6mkII, RF 100-500mm L, 24-240mm, 85mm f1.2 L, 70-200mm f2.8 L, 28-70mm f2 L, and both 1.5× and 2x extenders, etc.) is available, in stock from Amazon!!!
The only items not included are the EF adapters.
Make sure the items you want to buy are listed as BOTH shipped AND SOLD by Amazon, for the credit card cashback to work. When Amazon runs out of stock on an item, they automatically revert to a third-party seller, so no 10% discount, even if shipped and billed by Amazon . . . The seller is always clearly marked, though, so that shouldn’t pose a problem . . .
Good luck!
It may be that the list of items is ‘personalized’ and each customer gets a different eligible list. In our account we see only 29 items (missing the R3, RF 100-500mm, extenders, etc.), unless we set our shipping location to outside the US, then we see 36.
