Over here wondering which is the lesser of two limbos, “order received and ready for processing” since monday, or “backordered” since the 14th. Either are better than when they canceled me on the 12th, lol.
would never order from them after the last order debacle (which i had to cancel) until well after the holidays. They’ve had a year to adjust to the pandemic conditions and prepare for the holidays and they failed.
