100mm 2.8 says it’s in stock but won’t let you add to your cart….what good does that do. I’ve found this to be true on several of canon’s sales.

There’s a way to workaround this issue. Please contact us by contact form and we’ll show you how.

I sent a contact form before I posted here because I wanted someone to know it’s happened more than once just to me, thank you though.

      I had the same issue.

I meant our contact form, not the Canon Direct Store. Please contact us. The 100mm Macro (non-L) and the 14mm can be worked around, the; Chesley, the 100L macro is truly out of stock and cannot.

I’ve never purchased a refurb from canon before I’m just wondering if they restock when they get new lenses in camera in or do they wait till a certain day to restock?

    1. August 5, 2014 at 5:49 pm EDT

They seem to restock at random times during the sale. Generally during the day. They will sometimes restock a few items, or restock hundreds at once.

I ordered a 14mm 2.8L on Saturday night, and my order has been stuck at “warehoused”. Previously I’ve ordered many lenses that were shipped the next day. Has anyone else seen a delay recently?
