Here’s a link to the mail-in rebate form. Just like previous rebates, the rebate is given in the form of an AMEX gift card, which can be refunded to a check on demand. Recent Canon mail-in rebates have been highly reliable.
any idea how long it takes canon to send the rebate money out? We’ve been waiting for well over two months.
I am pretty sure this is an US residence offer only…. unless I missed something.
Tony!! Weird meeting you on here! It wasn’t only US, at least there was no indication it was in the literature or when the salesman at Henry’s encouraged us to send the rebate in.
Haha, I have you on my facebook, hope it’s not too creepy :P. Did you use that same rebate form? If it is, it says for US residence only….. from all the years I been keeping an eye on gear prices, these rebates never applies to Canadian customers. When Canon Canada runs a rebate, it’s directly to the retailers and they take the rebate amount right off of the sticker price. Anyways, I hope you get the rebate, because I will definitely take advantage of it next time.
We are totally friends on facebook, I just didnt realise we liked same pages! I am going to go check that out now, cuz the possibility of it makes me all kinds of frustrated. ALL the big cdn retailers made mention of it on their site when we were price checking. I’ll keep you posted.
Ishie, there was a separate Canon Canada rebate, with a different form and a different process. Did you file a Canon Canada or Canon USA rebate claim?
After all that complaining I did just yesterday, I actually received the rebate yesterday! Thanks.
No rebate for 8-15mm fisheye?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
Is there a current rebate on speed lights? For some reason I can’t seem to locate an actual link to the rebate form.
Ok..duh, right found the link to the rebate form on this page..lol. BUT… The canon rumors site mentions speed lights too…am I losing my mind? 😉
There are no speedlites on rebate.
Thanks.
They didn’t have any Tilt-Shifts on sale, plus goodbye to double dips… =(

My audit was completed march 24th. Payment approved yesterday. How long does it typically take to get?
Thanks!
