Grey market prices on Canon lenses have dropped significantly in the last week — 6th Ave via eBay is listing several deals, including the RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM for $1539.00 and the EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III USM for $1479.00. As they are not an authorized dealer, these are likely grey market, and a Canon USA warranty is not guaranteed.
The Canon Direct Store launched a new refurbished sale on a number of RF lenses and cameras. This discount lasts until November 28th (Cyber Monday), so these are likely the prices we’ll see on these items through their Black Friday weekend. We are expecting other cameras and lenses to go on sale at a future date. As usual, quantities are limited and this may sell out!

The recently discounted RF lenses have been extremely popular — one sure indication is Amazon has been repeatedly going out-of-stock of the three most deeply discounted lenses. It looks like dealers are receiving regular shipments from Canon, though, with Amazon is showing availability in about a week for the RF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM and RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM. The RF 14-35mm f/4L IS USM stock will be replenished by mid-November.
Other dealers (such as B&H, Adorama, and the Canon Store) are also showing stock, while quantities last.

These deals are from authorized Canon dealers. Shipping is free, a 1-year Canon USA warranty is included, and these dealers do not collect sales tax.
We have a new lowest-seen-yet price for the RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM in the grey market — 6th Ave via eBay is listing the lens for only $1619.00. As they are not an authorized dealer, this may be grey market and a Canon USA warranty cannot be guaranteed.
