Was hoping for the return of the sub-$700 RP
the RP 24-240 combo pricing makes no sense. If you buy them both together it is 1710. if you buy them separately it is $1620. I won’t be buying them this time around after they cancelled my prior combo purchase made on the first day of the December sale, and then they unilaterally cancelled it after 6 weeks.
just a follow up to my prior comment. I just called Canon as they show stock in the combo of thee RP and 24-240. The customer service rep checked the warehouse and confirmed that they don’t actually have stock of that combo, and I could not have my prior order processed.
