KEH Camera is a very well known and reputable used camera dealer. They have very conservative used ratings, feature great prices, and include a 180-day warranty on used purchases.
That 70-200mm F4 IS is still a solid lens even without the improvements the mkII has. The most expensive one they have listed at EX+ comes in at jsut under 750. That is a very good price on a great lens that will last for years to come. The 70-200mm F2.8L non-IS has always been a solid sports lens for me, seeing that you don’t need IS to shoot at fast shutter speeds. I paid 850 for one used last year, so 649 is a bargain for those that don’t need IS. Also, I personally like the 17-55mm F2.8 as probably the best choice for a standard zoom on a crop sensor Canon, and they have two rated at EX for under 490. New they are about 800. I don’t think I could cover the events I do without one.
KEH has become one of my favorite places to get used gear, since with the 15% off sales you not only get better price then you will likely find anywhere (even ebay), but you also get a 6 month warranty, half what it would be if it were new! I feel like this is a no brainer.
