How the mail in rebate works?

I think it is safe.A few years ago when I bought my 6D, I just filled out the form and sent it in along with bar code from the box and copy of original receipt.It was a rebate from American Express ($350) and it took less than a month for me to receive the rebate.I went to Costco and cashed it.I think they also have a website for you to track your rebate.As far as I remember, you need to submit the form online first, then send all the required documents in.Read instructions carefully because you will need to send in two bar codes, 1 from the printer and the other from the camera.Also make sure you select camera and printer on the rebate form.Good luck and good shooting my friend !
You also have to cut out the UPC code from the box and send that in… just follow the instructions on the rebate form.
Make sure you cut UPC with card board behind it. Removing of UPC must make hole in box.
Great deals but I wish there was a better deal without the printer. I got a lens last year with the same printer. The printer is still unpacked without the UPC that I got a rebate from. I would opt for a better deal for the camera without the printer. Won’t buy with the printer deal.

If anyone has waited this long, they probably didn’t really want it.
Now that the deals have expired, let’s see a real effort at a decent priced 5D Mk IV body without a grip, without a printer, without a jelly of the month club membership, etc.
