Oh man, that 150-600mm is tempting. Already have the Canon 400mm f/5.6, but the extra reach would be nice.

I just bought 400 5.6 2 weeks ago when I had 15% off at the refurbished store. I also was looking to get the 150 to 600 G to but the holiday sale wasn’t worth it for the small discount they offered. This is tempting. I think digabuy has been accused of some shady dealing in the past but the states USA warranty

The 400 5.6 is a great lens and is super sharp, but reach is always nice. I do like how light the 400 5.6 is though for hand holding.

Parker Compton so I have heard I haven’t had much time to play with it since I got it. The day I did it was extremely overcast. I also wanted to get the 150 to 600 in addition

The thing that kills me about the 400mm f5.6 is that the new price is now within $50 of what I paid for a used one 6 1/2 years ago. It is a great lens.

David Bristow holds value. Use ago I purchased the 70 to 200 2.8 non- is I could probably sell it now for close to what I pay for it

For full frame users, that 24-70mm is looking pretty tasty. I don’t have a full frame though, but if I did, I would give serious consideration over the Canon 24-70 F2.8. My only concern is if they fixed the focusing issues in servo mode the previous version had. I would likely use it for indoor sports shooting, so that would be an important factor for me. Would love to test it out.

Update: I tried on 12/21 to order, but code was invalid. Emailed BuyDig on a whim and customer service responded that the code was active again!! I was able to complete my purchase and got myself a Christmas present. 🙂 I had never heard of them before, but will now check them out for future purchases. It pays to have good customer service!
