The grey market deals are heating up before Black Friday — various eBay dealers have deals on Canon items as well as the Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 VC lens. They are not authorized dealers and a Canon/Tamron USA warranty is not guaranteed. They are, however, reputable dealers with strong positive feedback. Please also consider deals from authorized dealers via our street price program.
eBay Grey: 1DX II $5000, 5DsR $2415, 80D $860, 70-200VC $729

Is deals all year legit? Saw some prices on their actual website that seem too good to be true…
Yes, they are legit. When buying from unauthorized dealers we always recommend using a marketplace (such as eBay, Amazon, etc.) so you have buyer protection.
I just purchased a 5d4 from them and had an easy and smooth transaction thru eBay
The price on their website is $50 cheaper than the eBay price though! Haha
I’ve bought two cameras from them as per CPW’s sale notification. All good stuff with no issues.
They will ask you to upgrade to an additional warranty, which I always recommend declining. Customer reviews for those extended warranties from them are BAD, lol.

The problem with grey market is that for vídeo sometimes you only have the option of shooting 50fps not 60 and 25fps not 24
You just select which video format you want, NTSC or PAL. My grey market came default set on PAL.
Alex Archer I did and still got only 50fps not 60 that was with the 70d mark 2 thou
hmmm likes the look of that 1dx m2

The Tamron looks tempting but then I read the discription on a used one and seller mentioned the IS is noisy. I just don’t trust Tamron to last more than a few years. My Canon L stuff has been really solid.
