This is the first deal we’ve seen from this seller for a while — they were a complete no-show during the 2015 holiday season, and we can’t help but wonder if the on-going litigation is the cause. They are a reliable grey market dealer, for which a Canon USA warranty is not guaranteed.

This is the lowest-priced brand new 70-200 II lens on eBay that ships from within the US. Not sure where you can find it “much cheaper”.
