Another surprise — the Canon Direct Store just added two new refurbished ultra-wide-angle zoom lenses to their listings today.
- EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM is now $715.32 — 7 In Stock
- EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM is now $193.99
This is the first time we’ve seen these lenses refurbished. They are currently at 15% off + an additional discount in cart, so these are great prices. Thanks Ian & Kent for the heads-up!
so sweet. just ordered the 16-35f4. thanks so much.
gone in few mins . i added in the cart & checking out….but oos already.
Damn went to get both and was greedy and went for two discounts after having already .. caused me to miss 16-35 argh. Great deal for those who got it. Congrats on you guys and gals.
16-35mm f/4L IS USM sold out in about 3 minutes.
Picked up the 10-18mm for $177 after tax and eCash. Great deal on a superwide angle lens.
Ha! I took advantage of the street price yesterday. Was wondering when the f4’s would hit the refurb shop! Oh well – I feel I got a fair price so no tears shed ( maybe 1). OK – now to get back into predator mode for the 70-200 2.8 iS.:)
I too was surprised to see these lenses show up so early and for the first time during a crazy sale (effectively 25% off). There were probably 7 people out there who would have paid full refurb price ($959) for them.
Thanks again CPW…got the 10-18. Last week, got the 7D through your site.
My refurb tracker went off this morning and when I went to the Canon store, all prices had the 15% discount applied but cost $100 more than what the tracker notified me of. What’s going on? Do I need a code to tack on to that auto-15%? This happened with the 135L and 70-200 F/4L IS, and it just happened again with the 16-35 F/4L IS.
As the e-mail notifications all say: “You may need to ADD TO CART to see this price.”
The Canon Direct Store is applying an additional $100 off in-cart.
The following discount is applied at checkout in addition to the 15% discount you see in the cart: Save $10 when you spend $100 | Save $40 when you spend $250 | Save $100 when you spend $500
+1
Got it — thanks! I want that 135L for around $600. That’s a great deal.
