In applying a refurbished discount the Canon Direct Store has made a mistake and is also applying this discount to all new ultra-wide-angle zoom lenses. This is a likely a price mistake.

This sale is best on items that are just over $500 or $250. The only good deal worth writing about is the EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM for $394.99, which is a necessary discount considering the newly announced EF-S 10-18mm at $299.

Beach Camera via eBay has a bundle of the EOS 5D Mark III, EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, and BG-E11 Battery Grip for 5D Mark III for $3299.00, after a $200 mail-in rebate.
This is a fantastic deal; if you conservatively value the EF 50mm f/1.4 USM at $300, and the BG-E11 Battery Grip for 5D Mark III at $250 (both below current new prices) this is like getting a 5D Mark III brand-new from an authorized dealer for only $2750.
