Authorized Canon USA dealer Focus Camera is showing a deal on an “open box” EOS-1D X Mark III for only $6099.99. According to their site, it comes with a SanDisk CFexpress card and reader.
Their listing additionally says that the open box item is “fully backed by the manufacturer’s warranty”. We don’t know if this is actually open box, or just marketed as such to skirt pricing rules.
The Canon EOS C70 (RF Lens Mount) is available in “open box” condition at Adorama. It’s priced at $5299, a $200 discount from new on this cinema camera which is still out of stock everywhere.

We’re not sure if these items are actually open box, or just marketed as “open box” to avoid pricing rules. Even if they’re open box, with the significant savings (15% below brand new), and the dealer indicating this comes with a 4-year Sigma USA warranty, this would be a fantastic purchase.
