AllNewShop via eBay has the Canon EOS 5D Mark III for $2559.99. It’s clearly marked as an import model. This is part of the on-going eBay Deal Frenzy.
UPDATE: The retailer has now added a free 3-year store warranty with purchase.
AllNewShop via eBay is not an authorized dealer. However, they are a very reputable unauthorized dealer, the same store as Get It Digital. A few weeks ago they sold 355 copies of the 5D Mark IIIs for the same price, and looking at their eBay feedback for that specific deal the experience was very positive. We didn’t hear any reader complaints.

- Import / grey market items were items originally destined to be sold in a different region.
- They are manufactured at the same factories as US models, and are physically identical.
- Packaging (language on box) may differ from US retail versions.
- Although Canon USA has been traditionally lenient in providing warranty service, a Canon USA warranty is not guaranteed. An equivalent warranty is provided by the store itself.
