The paper is worth more than the printer. Time and time again, folks like to say how you can sell these printers. YMMV by geography. I live in an area where no one wants one and no one wants the print head as well. Ebay? Yeah, that would work for the head but it’s competitive and you really get next to nothing. Best thing is to gift it or donate to a high school art dept.
I am looking at eBay completed listings now and see several sold/completed listings per week of print heads ($130-140) and ink ($80-85). Net of eBay fees and shipping that gets you the $120-140 net that I mentioned. Yes, it’s a bit of time and energy, but $120-140 is a very conservative number.
