The above items do not come from authorized dealers (they come from dealer ‘6ave’) and they are considered grey market, but these are excellent deals for brand new cameras from a known grey-market dealer.
These deals expire tonight at midnight.
Did you guys get your 20% off Rakuten items?
They cancelled all my orders today claiming that my billing address was not correct. It was.
They cancelled all my girlfriend’s orders arguing that her Florida shipping address was a foreign address. 🙂
Did you get your orders cancelled?
I notice the seller is 6ave and my interest drops from 90% to 0%. They’re notorious in bait and switch scheme.
+1
IMHO 6Ave should be taken off the prestigious list CPW approved dealers. Check their feedback and you will know why.
We only list 6ave (and other grey market dealers) via platforms such as eBay, Rakuten, or Newegg where end-customers have recourse in case something goes wrong. On these platforms, their ratings and reviews are good and we regularly review them.
We never recommend buying directly from these stores. In the end — it is a choice, some people are comfortable with this, for others: use street price.
I just bought a gray market 5DIV from 6ave and paid $1945. Received in 4 days. In perfect new condition.
