This has been a very popular speedlite, with the introduction of a new “Auto Intelligent” bounce technology. This function measures the room you are working in, along with the set focus distance, and automatically tilts and rotates the flash head for the best bounce flash results. The early reviews have been excellent!
Has anyone found any recent and thorough reviews of this flash? I’m eager to see what knowledgeable folks think of it.
This is an interesting innovation from Canon, a company that has been lacking in that lately. I am one of the many that jsut don’t use flash often for one simple reason, I don’t know how. This doesn’t take all the knowledge out of it, but it will help people learn how to bounce, which is pretty valuable for flash use.
