Wtf canon keeps coming out with deals on the 80d. I was on long enough phone calls to get the 80d bundle at the previous $650 price. They gotta stop. Do I buy again at these price and return the previous??
Yes. You can either call and get a price adjustment (if you can get through), or just order a 2nd and eat the return shipping for the first.

Tried to get a price adjustment on the 80D 3 lens bundle and was told today’s is a one day deal and the coupon cannot be retroactively applied to the previous sale. End of story per Canon rep :-). I still do think the $1199 original deal was pretty good in itself and so no regrets. Congrats to the ones getting them today…. super awesome deal.

Decided to grab the 80d 3 lens kit for 1020, 1093 after tax. Used the paypal 12 month 0 interest. Once I sell off the 18-135 and 10-18 I don’t need, figure I can get 500 to 600 back, and now I have a 2nd 80D with 70-300mm for 500+. A little more work, but I think I made out better this way than the 550 with 55-250mm deal. Although I have been wanting to test out that lens for a while now.

canon declined to price match for me. Rep said they got that VIP code for few people and it passed it all because of xxx deals sites. She seems crazy. Not even providing RMA number for my existing orders up on creating RMA case.

wonder who are those VIPs are? Despite signing up for their deals most of the time I had to find the nice deals in CPW or other deals sites. Glad you are able to order again and return your original order. The price difference is a very decent one indeed.

Canon declined to price match for the 3 lens bundle. I had to place another order and return the previous bundle (I have to pay for return shipping though since I opened the boxes).
What does “Inventory fulfilled” in order status means?
As far as I know that means your card has been charged and the package has been set aside for you. The shipping label may not have been generated yet.

I know this is a dead thread, but wanted to brag that I got my stuff today! Also, a total surprise, the 10-18mm and 70-300mm came in their full retail packaging. I was under the impression these were all refurbed, so that was nice.
