good buy
Well, before anyone else get in on this, let’s do the math for the tax Canon will collect, which is about 7% from what I recall. The 18-55 Kit will come in around 910, and the 18-135 kit will be around 1229. Retail is of course much more, even if you can get it without tax (in most cases you can), where even the base body is 1100 with no lens. Street price brings that down to 990 for the base, 1140 for the 18-55mm, and 1250 for the 18-135mm. For my money, the 18-135mm kit isn’t worth saving the 20 or so bucks for a refurb, but the 18-55mm kit is looking solid, even compared to the base model with no lens. I know I have seen the 18-55mm less than this, I got mine for 830, but that isn’t that much less. If you have a Rebel series older than the T6i, then the 80D is a big step up, I love mine. It’s still a step up from the t6i, but it is more incremental.
