They don’t advertise to $350 MIR anymore. Also delivery is between may4 and may 11, which after the deadline. If buydig sends the invoice dated May, would you still qualify with the eBay invoice? I bought one anyway but I have big doubts that it will work out. I also sent an inquiry to buydig. Hopefully they will answer.

As long as the invoice is dated in April, you are still eligible for the mail-in rebate.

I wonder why the seller isn’t mentioning the mir this time?

They still mention it. At the bottom of the description (way down). “Get a $350 Mail in Rebate when Purchased with select Canon Cameras”

Should have no problem at all with the rebate as long as it is postmarked by May 30th

Which invoice? The one from eBay or the one from buydig? Buydig will be closed from Thursday till after April 30 an the orders will be processed after that obviously. So if they send the invoice from the official canon on dealer in May, when they process the order, then it will be hard to convince canon that you actually bought the package in April. Thoughts? Thanks for replies.

I believe stores begin closing on Friday, so if you order tonight or tomorrow and it ships before Thursday, you are fine.

Second, in the past BuyDig has opened for the “middle days” of Passover and will ship out orders.

Finally, it’s likely the printer mail-in rebate will be extended. But no guarantees 🙂

Only if they did this for a 6D.

Indeed. Valuing printer at $49, that’s $800 for the 6D. I’d have to give it serious consideration.

Just spoke with Buydig . . . The long shipping time is due to the cameras not being in stock. They will ship once they arrive. The invoice for MIR purposes will indicate the sale date – not the shipment date. The customer service rep just emailed me the official BuyDig invoice to attach to my rebate once I receive the camera – dated 4-20-16.

Ben Briones where do you purchase it from?

    2. April 20, 2016 at 1:09 pm EDT

It’s linking me to a eBay but thing is you have to pay full price first then you get the rebate.

I’d be happy if this didn’t come with the printer, have one and it’s an ink bandit.
