EOS 6D (Grey Market) for $999 GetItDigital via eBay

Get It Digital via eBay has the Canon EOS 6D for $999.00. This ties for the lowest price we’ve seen yet for this camera body (brand new).

Get It Digital via eBay is not an authorized dealer, so this item is grey market. A Canon USA warranty is not guaranteed. Readers report that the warranty has historically been honored by Canon USA.

Other than a potential upsell call (stay firm and insist they process your order at this price), readers report that they are a reliable dealer, shipping brand new bodies with zero shutter counts. That’s reflected in their 98%+ feedback score on high-value Canon items.

If grey market is not your thing, consider a EOS 6D + PIXMA PRO-10 + Creative Cloud Photography Plan for $1149 (discount in cart and after $350 mail-in rebate) at B&H.

Did I mis-calculate? Looks like $1149 in my cart. Please update if I’m wrong.

6d is a great camera… but they’re dumping their inventory because of the upcoming 80D; even though it’s a crop-sensor camera the specs easily rival that of the 6D

they probably wouldn’t dump inventory on a FF for an upcoming crop. If anything they’re dumping inventory on the 6D because of a 6D mark II.. and dumping inventory on the 70D for the upcoming 80D

I would agree with this. No way the 80D is even a consideration.

Does not matter, because there’s plenty of people that want a full frame camera at a reasonable price.

Sure wish it meant they were going to announce an updated 6D. Been way too long, I am so seriously eyeing the Nikon D750. Probably going to pull the trigger this summer if there’s no word of a new 6D. I know of two folks who have already jumped ship, and they absolutely love the 750.

The new 6D is expected to be announced sometime after the 5DMkIV, which will probably be announced in April. A 6D MkII announcement would likely be in July/August at the soonest, if at all this year.

Is this(ebay deal) the full featured version with wifi and gps or the de-contented international version? the description makes no mention of wifi or gps, which would make it not such a great deal at all.

You’d have to check with the store to be sure, but every other sale from GetItDigital thus far has been the version that includes WiFi and GPS.

I did ask; they didn’t bother to respond. That’s probably a good enough reason to not buy from them.
