Super Hot: EOS M3 + PIXMA PRO-100 for $129 AR BuyDig (Mistake?)

UPDATE: No longer available for purchase on their site, but still available on their eBay page.

UPDATE 2: Wow, you sure are fast. eBay sold out now too. Here are a few other eBay listings from them. Remember the price seen on eBay is BEFORE the $350 mail-in rebate.

BuyDig has such a hot bundle deal that we’re wondering if it’s a price mistake: they have a bundle of the EOS M3, PIXMA PRO-100, paper, memory card, and bag for only $129.00, after a $350 mail-in rebate.

Click here to check out the deal at BuyDig. This is an absolutely incredible deal as the EOS M3 currently goes for $479. The new mail-in rebate period of January 3rd to 30th just started and is a different promotion-id from the previous rebate.

You can also purchase via their eBay page.

if I bought it through ebay, would I still get the rebate since they are canon authorized?

    5. January 6, 2016 at 3:06 am EDT

Yes. Their receipt does not mention eBay.

    6. January 6, 2016 at 3:06 am EDT

is the rebate for the bundle or can I just buy the camera? they wont ship to PR through ebay if it comes with the printer

    7. January 6, 2016 at 3:12 am EDT

The rebate is for the bundle including the printer.

CanonPriceWatch.com just bought it through ebay and sent it to a family members house in TX.

Just checked, the deal is gone. Their web page says “not available” and the price on ebay is $479.

      The price is $129 AFTER $350 mail-in rebate, so $479 up-front

out of stock. I got there early enough, just didn’t need another m3

  8. January 6, 2016 at 2:18 am EDT

Can mail in rebates be purchased from an American store but shipped to a European country? I didn’t see anything about that but I assume since its canon USA that that might not meet the conditions.

    Thanks

      January 6, 2016 at 2:23 am EDT

No, you need to have a USA mailing address to apply for the rebates.

Sold out on BuyDig’s site. Sold out on eBay. A few other M10 and M3 bundles are available on eBay for amazing prices… see our site for details.

Just received my “sorry typo” cancellation notice too. Stuff happens and I don’t hold it against them.

Ordered both from buydig.com and ebay under my account for me and a friend. My friend will submit rebate with his address; however, will Canon reject the rebate if the billing address on the receipt are the same as mine?

    Thanks.

      January 6, 2016 at 2:32 am EDT

You’re treading in a gray area. I am not sure if Canon checks the billing address, or just the mailing ship-to address that you put on the form. Sorry, can’t help you…

Thanks for your reply, I think I will call them tomorrow morning to cancel the buydig order (if they haven’t cancelled the orders already). I don’t need another camera, just couldn’t resist. 😛

Thanks for posting this good deal.

I put one from the main Buydig site in my basket, then had second thoughts. Went to bed, could not sleep, so got up an hour later and the site said not available. It did, however let me process the transaction that was in my basket, and have an order confirmation, although credit card has not yet been charged – fingers crossed! Thanks!!!

So is the EOS M3 available anywhere else at close to these prices? Seems that all the ebay deals are sold out as well.

How come i don’t see this rebate available from other authorized dealers? If it’s a promotion from canon usa, shouldn’t every dealer have the same rebate offer? I can’t even find it on canon usa official website.

    1. CanonPriceWatch
      January 6, 2016 at 8:21 am EDT

The printer bundle rebate is from all Canon USA dealers.

      Here’s the form.

        January 6, 2016 at 8:29 am EDT

The form says available for participating dealer. So does it mean sellers that don’t advertise it are not participating in this rebate program? Asking because I just got an m3 from b+h two days ago and am wondering if i should return it.

        1. CanonPriceWatch
          January 6, 2016 at 8:37 am EDT

Every dealer participates in the mail-in rebate program. However, not every dealer chooses to sell at the same price. So BuyDig has offered this bundle at $479 before rebate (probably a price mistake). Other dealers may have a bundle closer to $829 before rebate, which is the full price for the camera + printer.

Participating in the rebate and having a deal are two separate things. Canon doesn’t enforce pricing in that way — the only enforcement they do is setting a price floor (MAP).
