On the last day for the printer rebate, some printer-only deals have shown up. You can get a PIXMA PRO-100 plus SG-201 Paper for only $76.94 after a $250 mail-in rebate.
To get this deal you’d have to purchase the PIXMA PRO-100 from authorized dealer Profeel via eBay for $289.95 (free shipping) and the SG-201 Paper from Adorama or Amazon for $36.99. As long as both are purchased on the same day and with the same billing address, you are eligible for the combo $250 mail-in rebate.
As for camera-printer bundle deals, they have started to disappear. The deals at B&H ended last night at midnight. There are still a few deals available from other authorized dealers but likely not for long:

I received my $250 Amex prepaid rewards card today–approximately 6-7 weeks after I had submitted my paperwork in early January. A little slow, but I think Canon was overwhelmed with rebate submissions to process. In any event, I’m happy they honored the deal with paper and printer purchased separately but on the same day. I’ve promptly asked Amex to refund the card and send me a check.
That’s too bad for B&H. They advertised the printer bundles (6D/7D) to run until Saturday. I guess Adorama it is.
Good catch/notice on the ability to purchase these products from separate authorized dealers as long as they are on the same day. I had long assumed that the products needed to be purchased from the same dealer in order to qualify.

Prints are fantastic, but the ink is expensive
Lol I have been trying to sell my Brand New PIXMA PRO-100 and Photo Paper that I got when I bought my 6D. I listed at $50 and no body wants it. I don’t want to use it because the ink is so expensive. You can find a lot of these printer on Craiglist for $50 or less.
