Get It Digital via eBay has the Canon EOS 7D Mark II for $1199.99. This is the lowest price we’ve seen yet.

Get It Digital via eBay is a reliable unauthorized dealer, this is likely import or grey market. A Canon USA warranty is not guaranteed, but has been historically honored by Canon USA at their discretion.

Get It Digital has excellent eBay feedback — we calculate 99%+ positive feedback on high-value Canon items. The only complaint we’ve heard recently is an upsell call, we recommend declining all upgrades.

Compare with our street price from an authorized dealer of $1469.

    What’s better 6d or 7dmark2?

    1. April 30, 2015 at 2:36 am EDT

All depends on your needs as a photographer. Take a look at the specs for each and see which ones meet your needs the best 🙂

    2. April 30, 2015 at 3:40 am EDT

6D for photo, 7D for video

    3. April 30, 2015 at 9:32 am EDT

6D for still targets. 7D Mark ii for moving subjects.

    4. April 30, 2015 at 1:29 pm EDT

Thanks Jason – I would go for the 7D2, the ISO performance is phenomenal.

I have always hated the 6D, it feels like a full frame rebel.

I just bought one. I’ll let everyone know how it goes.

  8. April 30, 2015 at 6:24 am EDT

Jesse, let us know what the date was when you actually received the camera.

    1. May 7, 2015 at 3:12 pm EDT

Hey Larry. So far so good! It took a week for the camera to be delivered. I did get a call from GetItDigital however, I politely and quickly ended the conversation. Everything except the warranty card is included. Camera works great so far! Images look good at ISO 16000. I’ll check the shutter count & autofocus settings soon however, my gosh, the amount of customization on this camera!!!

Just saw there reviews on Ebay and it looks like there not the best company according to the feedback. Check your options before you make your purchase.

    1. April 30, 2015 at 9:21 pm EDT

99.6% positive feedback means less than 1 in 200 people had an issue.

Anybody else get a call about paying more for a USA model?

As noted in the post, they will do that. We recommend declining their upsell. They will still ship you the camera (likely the same one anyway) at the same price.

  15. April 30, 2015 at 8:17 pm EDT

This is the price Canon should have been charging from day one! I”m waiting on this camera for a while longer.

  16. April 30, 2015 at 8:21 pm EDT

400 dollars more than the 70D. It’s worth it. I hope I can find this on sale this June. I was going to buy the 70D then.

FYI. They just drop me a note saying the item has shipped. I bought and paypal cleared on 4/30. The FedEx label was created 5/1. It shipped on 5/5 (maybe). FedEx still does not have a record of it. I think it is still being delivered on 5/8. Holding out hope.

Got mine yesterday. Everything seems to be spot on. Never got a call about the U.S. Model but my phone is off 90 percent of the time too. Eric

I placed my order on 4/29 & paid immediately via PayPal. I received a call the next day with a guy who purposely talked fast & in a confusing manner trying to get me to upgrade to the full USA version. I politely declined & he quickly stopped with the hard sell in a polite way. My fedex tracking number says it should arrive tomorrow May 5th.

I plan on capturing the unboxing on video from start to finish so it’s very clear what may or may not be in the package. If anything is lacking, I’ll have the ability to post the video on YouTube if need be.

I’ll keep everyone here updated. I’m actually regretting not spending a little more & just getting from a more reputable dealer.

Received my 7d ii today. Everything seemed to be in order. I did a quick functional test with the camera & I didn’t find any problems. Focusing appeared to be spot on, but I have a lot more testing to do. The shutter count was 0.

So finally got it today. No warranty card. All seems new but no seal/tape on box. Given charger that has separate cord instead of the one with built in plug. Don’t knew how to check shutter count.
      Firmware version was 1.0.4 !!
