Sadly, this one looks dead. I’ve tried logging in and it doesn’t change the result — “Promotional code ‘PRO10PROMO’ is not valid”. It’s too bad — I was ready to place an order. Hope to see this one again…

I placed the order for the 6D and Pro 10 from Ritz on Friday. I haven’t received any email yet about the order or shipping. Please tell me I made the right choice. Are they a trustworthy company? I usually buy from B&H or Adorama.
They are a Canon USA authorized dealer, and have a good reputation. Other readers reported it took a couple days before they responded regarding the order.

Just got this thing 2 day. .# am loving it
I called Ritz today to find out if my order had shipped. The rep I spoke with said it was a good thing I called because it was on hold due to a shortage of camera bags included in the bundle. The rep said he would overnight the camera, printer and memory card. The bag would be shipped once they receive them.
I received an email this afternoon with a UPS tracking number and it’s going to be here tomorrow. I’m glad I called.
