Another Refurb Stacking Sale? 20% Off + $50 Off (Up to 28% Off)

UPDATE: Deal is done — the 20% off coupon is now expired.

The Canon Direct Store released yet another coupon: “TURNBACK2014”, which gives $50 off $500, $25 off $250, effectively up to 10% off. It’s stackable with “PUMPKIN2014” which is 20% off.

This is resulting in some better deals (see above). See our refurbished stock tracker to see the full list of what’s in-stock. It is best if you can put together a bunch of refurbished items that (after 20% discount) come to just over $250 or $500, then it is 28% off.

This is a good opportunity if you missed the 38%-off sale madness a few days ago. They ended up honoring most orders made during that sale.

Here are some of our favorite combos that get close to 28%:

Use the following 3 coupons in cart, one after another:

  • PUMPKIN2014 for 20% Off
  • TURNBACK2014 for Up to 10% Off
  • OCT2DAY for Free 2 Day

This sale ends today, October 31st, as the 20% off coupon expires today. We are still hoping for another restock of L lenses; we would be able to double-stack it for an extra $50 off.

If you purchase something through a link on our site, we may get a small share of the sale (at no cost to you). Please read our disclosure for more info.

There is any chance they going to get 8-15mm fisheye?

The price for the 6d is 1469.20 but when I put it in the cart it’s $50 more but goes down to the 1469.20 price with the turnback2014 code and then the pumpkin2014 code doesn’t work so essentially I’m not getting a price break at all! Is there a trick to this?

20% doesn’t work on full frame cameras. 🙂

      1. October 31, 2014 at 12:16 pm EDT

Do the sales ever include full frame cameras?

      2. October 31, 2014 at 12:18 pm EDT

It don’t see that it states anywhere that the sale doesn’t include full frames. When you click on the list for refurbished items, the 6d comes up. This seems to me like false advertisement.

          Rhonda,

There may be confusion, as CPW is NOT a part of Canon.

This is simply a site which helps us all get sweet deals. In no way is Canon responsible for anything on here.

The way the prices are set up on here is to show you the price with all the discounts.

So when you go on Canon’s site, they will show the pre-discount price and after the code that does work, it will go down to the price on this site.

I don’t know that this link is going to show the price of the $1469.20 price of the 6D that shows the coupon codes underneath it, but I do have a screen shot of the price with the codes but don’t know how to attach it here. I would send in an email to Canon Price Watch but it’s a donotreply. Any help would be appreciated.

THIS DEAL HAS EXPIRED. NOW Only the second part of the deal is working (up to)10% OFF. But it is not worth buying anything from refurb right now as they have increased the prices of most of their items (some are slightly cheaper). Ridiculously some items like EF 50 mm F 1.8 is even costlier than a brand new one!! Does Canon think buyers are stupid or something. Also the prices are continuously changing for most of their items (mostly higher)
