STOP counting the “Reward”, that thing takes almost 90 days to receive.
Almost worthless Plus since its a “Reward” should not be counted similar to Rebates.

Great deal but unfortunately that rebate doesn’t work for Canadians. I really want that lens.

What is going on with all these sales? Is there a problem with Canon price control, or do they have inventory control problem? Looks like both Canon and retailers are a bit desperate to move cameras/lenses.

Local craigslist is also slow in selling cameras/lenses – this is not a good omen for Canon. Is the DSLR market going to shrink just following the steps of P&S?

Wish I could get this also. No more funds for the lens until next year. I’ll just have to settle with my 24-70 mk2 and 70-200 mk2.
