They’re also joined by Best Buy which is also showing stock available for free shipping (receive by November 16th, can upgrade to overnight) or in-store pickup at select locations.

The previously available EOS R5 with RF 24-105mm f/4L for $4999.00 is now showing “1 in stock” which likely means it is no longer available.

Authorized Canon dealer K&M via their Amazon Storefront is showing two copies in-stock of the EOS R5 for $3949.00. Please note this is a $50 premium over the price seen elsewhere for this camera from authorized dealers, but they do have stock and it’s much less than the price seen on the secondary market.

Canon is reported to have shipped a significant number of EOS R5 last week, and our street price program was no exception — we are processing the largest shipment received yet of the camera. When the dust settles, we will have filled approximately 85% of the street price preorders received to-date, including orders placed as recently as late September.

Assuming future shipments remain the same size and on the same schedule, there will likely be cameras available in our end-of-November shipment. The Canon Direct Store is showing the EOS R5 in-stock (for $3899.00). Unlike other times where it’s glitched showing one copy in-stock, this time it’s showing five copies available, so this is likely real stock.

Readers are reporting that R5 orders from the Canon Direct Store shipped out this week, as well as orders placed at B&H, and also via our CPW street price program.

Many CPW readers are reporting that their EOS R5 pre-orders shipped in the last few days. It appears that Canon USA got a large shipment of the camera. We’re hearing that B&H and the Canon Store were filling orders placed as late as mid-September.

The EOS R5 is still backordered everywhere, but it seems like supply may catch up to the demand soon. The Canon Store was even briefly showing the EOS R5 in-stock earlier today for a few minutes, but it sold out quickly. We think a backorder may be filled quickly.
