Canon Refurb Sale — Limited Restocked, Just Now

The Canon Direct Store sale on refurbished lenses, speedlites, and EOS bodies just had a limited restock. They’re offering $125 off a purchase of $500, $50 off a purchase of $250. On a $500 item, that is up to 25% off. Add to cart to see the discount.

This sale is best on items that are just over $500 or $250. Many of these items got restocked, but very few copies got restocked — they look to have mostly sold in the first few minutes, thanks to our e-mail notifications.

Some hot items were restocked in quantity, notably the 600EX-RT and 100L Macro.

As usual, check out our refurbished stock tracker to see what’s available, and set notifications to get e-mailed when items are back in-stock.

Canon Refurb Sale: $125 off $500, $50 off $250 Bodies & Lenses

The Canon Direct Store started a sale tonight on refurbished lenses, speedlites, and EOS bodies: $125 off a purchase of $500, $50 off a purchase of $250. On a $500 item, that is up to 25% off. Add to cart to see the discount.

This sale is best on items that are just over $500 or $250. The only good deal worth writing about is the EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM for $394.99, which is a necessary discount considering the newly announced EF-S 10-18mm at $299.

As usual, check out our refurbished stock tracker to see what’s available.

Also, the Canon Direct Store seems to have a price mistake where they’ve applied the discount on selected new lenses — the 17-40L for $614 new AR and 16-35mm f/2.8L II for $1374 AR.

Canon Refurb Store Restocked: Most Lenses Now Available

The Canon Direct Store sale, 15% off Refurbished Lenses and Speedlites, was massively restocked just now! The best deals are above, but check out the full list at the refurbished stock tracker.

The restock includes 30 copies of the highly coveted 70-200 II for $1699. These will surely not last.

This is likely the last restock in this sale.

Canon Refurbished Sale Started — 20% Off Almost Everything!

The Canon Direct Store sale is now underway: 20% off refurbished bodies, lenses, and flashes, unfortunately excluding the 5D Mark III, 6D, and 1D-X. The sale runs until next Sunday.

UPDATE: The 135L, 14L and 100mm lenses are known to be glitchy, and no one has been able to checkout with them, even though their website still shows stock…

The most desired item (70-200 II) was sold out in the first few seconds but there are quite a few good deals still. You can see what else is in stock on the CanonPriceWatch Refurbished Stock Tracker. We are expecting a restock sometime during the week, if the item you are interested in is not in stock, please sign-up for a specific notification on that item (click the ‘Notify’ buttons on the tracker page).

If you’d like to learn more about our notification system, we have written an FAQ about it.

Deals Ending Tonight: 50 f/1.4 $299, 85 f/1.8 $319, 600EX-RT $449

In addition to the mail-in rebate with double-dips on lenses expiring tonight, a set of instant rebate deals are expiring as well. Here are some of our favorite ones:

We are expecting to see price increases and enforcement of a new minimum advertised price tonight.

Lowest Price Ever: EF-S 10-22mm for $529 at B&H, Adorama

B&H and Adorama has the Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM for $529.00. You also get 4% rewards.

You need to proceed to checkout to see the discounted price of $529.

This is the absolute cheapest price we’ve seen for this lens, in the six years that we’ve been tracking its price. This price has come down from the high of $849 in 2011. This is probably a temporary price drop rather than a permanent one, like the one we saw in September for this lens ($739 to $629).
