There is a decent market for the Canon BG-E20 battery grip. The used market (looking at eBay completed listings) is trending to $200 for a BG-E20 in New or Like-New condition. The market may get saturated, so we recommend locking your price in with a 2-minute quote at KEH Camera if you’re looking to sell. The market has been trending to $120 for the 6D Mark II BG-E21 battery grip in New or Like-New condition.
As for PIXMA PRO-100 printer parts: the print head fetches about $100-120 when still sealed (eBay Completed Sales), and the full ink tanks fetch about $90-$100 (eBay Completed Sales). Both are small and easily shipped. After shipping and fees, you can expect to net $140-$170 for these printer parts.
When that’s all done, you end up with a EOS 5D Mark IV for a net price of $2450, or a EOS 6D Mark II for net $1150, and you can keep the free memory card and spare battery as a reward for your hard work.
