The Canon Store may be sold out of the refurbished EOS R7 body-only ($849) but there’s another way to get a great deal: the EOS R7 with 18-150mm Lens is still in-stock at a discounted price of $1099.00 — this is a fantastic deal in itself, or you can sell the lens. KEH is offering $288 for this lens, which would bring your net price for the camera to approximately $819.

Bad experiences with KEH with a lowball you after you send the item in. Check MPB they’ve given me what they’ve quoted online. Not affiliated with KEH or MPB

The refurbished lens will come pristine, and KEH won’t lowball you as there is little room for discretion. I have sold to both KEH and MPB without issue, other than the fact that KEH is a lot slower to review and pay.

I’ve had the opposite experience with MPB compared to KEH, but I usually sell to KEH at their local buying events. They write me a check instantly. The couple of times I’ve used MPB, they took longer than expected to pay out. In fact, both times, I had to reach out to them because I hadn’t heard back for about a week after seeing that they received the lenses. It was only then that they sent payment. I also find that KEH typically offers more than MPB.
