CPW Facebook Page Disabled by Facebook; Follow Blog for Updates

If you’re wondering where the CPW Facebook Page went — it was “unpublished” by Facebook earlier today. We’re not sure why this happened (we believe we are following all of their community guidelines), so we’ve appealed this decision to Facebook. Until we can get this resolved, please subscribe to our blog to continue receiving deals and updates. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

If there are any readers who have experience in navigating the Facebook bureaucracy or who can help, we’d love to hear from you. Please message us.

While I have not seen any of your ads/posts on Facebook for some time (thanks to their constantly changing the algorithms), I wonder if they flagged you for “spamming.” That happened to me a little over a year ago, when I tried posting photos from a wedding and then tagging each photo. Apparently you can only tag just so much before it’s considered “spamming.” Anyway, they locked me out of my account, and I had to “proof” that it was really my account. Wasted an hour doing that. Such a pain in the butt.

Our Facebook posts have just been mirrored from our blog posts here. We’ve never gotten any content warnings, so getting unpublished out of the blue is painful. Hopefully they reply to our appeals.

Yes, it’s pretty infuriating given that we’ve been on the platform without issue for 10 years … and unpublished today without warning. It’s also painful that I can’t seem to contact anyone to get support.

You had a Facebook? Might I suggest a Twitter, blue check marks are flying right now…
