Very good deal, and if you don’t need the flash (although it is a great flash for light\moderate use or travel) you could sell it off for $150-200.

The 80D is still one of my favorite cameras ever. I don’t know that there is much I can say about it that hasn’t been heard at this point (I know I’ve said a lot before). I will say that it is coming up on the product cycle. Canon does one of these every three years and spring 2019 is 3. Will there be a 90D? I think so, and I think it will be a better version of this camera, but how much better is debatable. It likely will have improvements to things like AF points (I think it will be same as 7DmkII), burst (probably 8, maybe as many as 10, but likely 8), ~26mp, bluetooth will be added. I don’t think there will be an improvement on the DR, it will be right around 13 stops. Build will be the same, I don’t expect a joystick (though I do want one, I am hoping for at least drag focus), battery will be the same, controls the same (hope they add a wifi button). If anything, the biggest differences will be the video. I think it will have 4K, and I really hope that it is the first Canon to not have an added crop for 4K (beyond the 1.6x APS-C crop that is). I think the video specs will still be pretty humble; 30p 4K, 60p 1080 but am hoping for 120p, but I think it will be 720 that has 120p (lame). I am also hoping that they add focus peaking in live view, but I am not sure they can (don’t know the technical side of that). Really hope they reduce the lag in live view mode. If tiny EVFs can reduce it to the point that it doesn’t exist, then Canon can get the rear screen to do it! All other specs will be the same. Price will be the same, lens bundles and video creator kit will be available and also the same. Lastly, even though I know it won’t I hope it has 2 slots for SD cards. I think I will win the lottery before they do that.

These are just my guesses for the 90D, based on what current systems have and what I know of how Canon handles the XXD line. It’s all speculation.
