Super Hot: EOS 80D + 18-135 IS USM + PIXMA PRO-100 for $699 AR

Authorized Canon USA dealer RitzCamera has a super-hot bundle of the EOS 80D with 18-135mm Kit, PIXMA PRO-100, and SG-201 Photo Paper Semi-Gloss 13×19″ (50 Sheets) for only $699.00, after the $350 Canon USA mail-in rebate. Click here to check out the deal at RitzCamera. You see the pre-rebate price of $1049 in-cart, then get the $350 rebate to net $699.

This is an incredible deal as the camera and lens usually retails for $1299 brand new, and this bundle is the same price as the hot EOS 80D bundle without lens at $699. Tax only to NJ. This is the “Nano-USM” lens, not the STM lens.

To sweeten the deal, use coupon code “GIFT-SIX” to get 6% rewards towards a future purchase at RitzCamera.

This deal is even better than advertised. It looks like the bundled lens is the newer and more expensive 18-135 IS USM, not the STM version. I purchased this kit (without the printer) last Christmas for $1099.

Thanks for the correction. I’ve updated the post.

Correction: it is the better “Nano-USM” lens, not the STM lens.

Gordon, do you know why retailers have been able to bundle these printer deals lately? I thought Canon had, using their MAP guidelines, prohibited this sort of thing a year and a half to two years ago.

This includes the 13 months drop and spill coverage from Canon too?

Yes. 80D is part of the CarePAK Plus promotion.

Assume this is the same rebate program (ID) as the recent 6D2, 5D4 etc? and this rebate may not be honored for the same household?

You’re right, it’s dead, again. It came back for a little bit and some guys over on SD were able to get more orders in.

I think this was a pricing mistake. As of now it is available, but when you add to the cart, the price becomes $1,549.00. Ritz has done something like this before, if I remember correctly; in fact, on a similar kit — they simply (and mistakenly) priced the body + lens kit with the price for the body-only kit. Curious to know if anyone lucked out.

    Order canceled

Ritz no good. They can’t keep up with the well-run vendors such as B&H, Adorama and Amazon.

Same here. My order got cancelled. I forgot to enter the “GIFT-SIX” coupon so I called them this morning around 10am to see if they will add it. I was told they were able to add and the order is good to go. I will received the 6% coupon sometime in Feb. I asked any ETA on shipping I was told not a this time. Around 1:30pm I received an email saying this was a price mistake and the order is cancelled. They gave me a code for $25 off but that thing is not working either. I will try again tomorrow if not I will call them up again.
