In addition to getting notified about pre-orders, you can also choose to get notified when the item is in-stock, or when street prices are available. Street prices become available anywhere from days to months after the release, depending on supply and demand of the item.
85mm 1.4 ..I can’t see much of an advantage with image stabilizer. Most applications would be for potraits or action in low light situations.

Damn it ! Just got the Sigma 85mm Art after been waiting 2 years for the Canon 85mm f1.4 IS. WTF Canon ???
Just curious….for this type of lens how valuable would image stabilization be?
TS-E 50mm f2.8L, sound interesting
its going to push me to sell me Sigma 85 and buy this one
