No one wants the 24-70/4 L. These kits will be broken up soon.
Why not? It’s the new version, and the old was still a good all around lens. I don’t need it, and is why I don’t own one but it’s not a useless lens just because you or I don’t need it.

There is no “new version” of this lens.
Perhaps you’re thinking I said the 24-105/4 L IS II, which is probably much better than version I.

Yeah, a Canon EF 24-70/2.8 L IS would be the unicorn we’ve all been waiting for.
Canon supposedly will release it eventually but you know it’ll be way overpriced.
