The Canon Refurb Store was just restocked. There is currently no refurbished sale, but these prices are quite good due to the recent price drops, and refurbished lenses have been selling out — even at “full” refurbished prices, as refurbished items come with a 1-year Canon warranty.

Well I just got screwed by them. They say its out of stock even though it showed in stock when I placed my order and my receipt shows in stock. CPW showed 20ish in stock when I placed my order.
Just a follow-up. Canon just called and verified my billing and shipping address. They thanked me and said they are shipping the lens. I wonder if the decided to honor those with invoices showing it was in stock. Next question is will the lens be referb or new since they are supposedly out of stock.
