Rumor says 5D3 will be replaced soon!
If by “soon” you mean 8 months from now, and likely at an introduction price at $4000 or so, then sure! But then again, the rumors have said the 7D was going to be replaced two years ago

“Imports from Unauthorized Dealer”—does that mean these are counterfeit products? Are they made by Canon. If so, please explain the unauthorized dealer and who the warranty is through?
