Just as we predicted, the Canon Direct Store will start a sale at midnight ET tonight on refurbished lenses, speedlites, and EOS bodies. They’re offering 15% off refurbished lenses and “up to” 25% off refurbished bodies. Reminder, refurbished items now come with a one-year Canon warranty!
UPDATE: It looks like both the 5D Mark III and 6D are not included in the EOS body discount. Check again at midnight to be sure, but that is unfortunate.

Are they still going to be having black friday sales? Wouldn’t those be better if they do? Where is there “hush” newsletter?
I don’t know what they’re doing on Black Friday; this might be the sale.
I just remeber signing up for their “hush” newsletter and it promoting black friday. I could also swear that last year the black friday says were better than the pre black friday.
Last year’s Black Friday sales were 25-30% off refurb bodies, and on Cyber Monday it was 20% off lenses. The only problem is all the lenses will sell out tonight, and even if they have 20% off lenses on Black Friday there probably won’t be any inventory.
