Has anyone had success with this? I tried it last night and the shopping cart had the $1493.96 price, but when I clicked on confirm purchase button the receipt that came back had reset the camera price up to $1349 and they put a hold for $1648 on my credit card. I emailed Adorama asking them to adjust the price back down or cancel my order. They said that discount price was limited time only and that they would cancel my order!!!

That’s unfortunate — I know of one person who got their order in at this price, but the price seems to have been short-lived.

I had success with it yesterday. While I was price shopping, I noticed that sometimes the price would reset and other times it would not. My receipt and credit card charge were $1493.96.

It clearly doesn’t work now. My order went through at about 6:30 pm CDT yesterday and is showing as “ready.” I found yesterday that the discount would sometimes disappear if I used the back button on my browser. Now there doesn’t seem to be any way to get it.
