The third generation 4-Bay USB 3.0 Storage Array from Drobo is capable of holding up to four 3.5" SATA I/II/III hard disks from a variety of manufacturers, with differing capacities, speeds, and memory allocations. You can install each drive without the need for additional tools or accessories. Each drive bay is also hot-swappable allowing you to replace drives without shutting down your system. The Drobo storage array comes equipped with one USB 3.0 port to plug it into Mac computers running Mac OS X 10.7.
