The arrival of the Canon EOS 7D Mark II is imminent, as we now see eBay listings from authorized dealers for it, including authorized dealer Profeel via eBay. They have a price of $1799.00 and indicate that it will ship on October 30th.

Finally, the best bundle deal for the 7D Mark II is completely expiring tomorrow (Wednesday) evening. Camera Canada, a reputable Canadian authorized Canon dealer, has the EOS 7D Mark II and EF 24-70mm f/4L IS USM for $2298 Canadian Dollars + $29 shipping (approximately $2095.00 US dollars, given current exchange rates). The deadline to order it for launch day has passed (it was last Tuesday). You can still order the bundle up to midnight on October 29th, but it won’t ship on launch day, October 30th. You do not need a Canadian address to participate in this deal.
