Would you like to save 20% on a pre-order camera that hasn’t even been released yet? B&H Photo Video is discounting pre-orders on the EOS M50 Mark II with 15-45mm Lens (White) to $549.00, a $150 savings from the regular pre-order price of $699. This is even lower than the body-only price of $599!

We think they meant to discount the M50 Mark I, but somehow discounted the Mark II instead. The M50 Mark II is due to release in two weeks on December 4th.

It’s likely they will fix this mistake soon, so order now while you can.

Canon announced the EOS M50 Mark II (in body and with a 15-45mm kit), as well as the Speedlite EL-1. Both are now available for preorder.

Oddly, the Speedlite is the more intriguing announcement of today. In an age where photographers have gone with affordable, off-brand flashes, Canon has gone the other way with a $1099 “1 series” light, featuring a xenon flashtube and a rechargeable LP-EL lithium-ion battery pack. Very interesting!
