A few Friday deals! BigValueInc via eBay has the Canon EOS M with 22mm Kit for $249.99. This is a return of an eBay deal we saw a few weeks ago! These are likely import model. BigValueInc has a 99.0% feedback according to the CPW feedback score.

The Canon Direct Store started a mini-sale last night. The only two reasonable deals are the refurbished 600EX-RT for $414.99 and the T3 + 18-55mm IS for $226.99. But we’re also hearing that more refurb deals will be coming as part of their Labor Day Weekend sale, so please stay tuned and check back over the next couple days.

If you still don’t have an EOS M, B&H Photo Video has the Canon EOS M with 22mm Kit (Black) for $311.00. According to the B&H site, this is for a US model, not an import version.

This is a bit more expensive than the eBay unauthorized dealer deal a few weeks ago. However, that was an import model from an unauthorized dealer, and this is a US model from B&H.

This price is $89 less than other authorized dealers.

Today’s eBay Daily deal is from 6th Ave via eBay. They have the Canon EOS M with 22mm Kit for $249.99, your choice of color (red, black, white, or silver). They previously cleared out the EOS M + 18-55mm for a similar price, selling over 800. They are not an authorized dealer.

UPDATE: There are a lot of useful comments from readers who purchased this camera in the previous sale. At a $249 price point this is a great little camera.

The other eBay Daily deal is the 5D Mark III + 24-105mm for $3299 from unauthorized dealer GetItDigital, but that’s not a great deal as we have a authorized dealer street price for the same price (after a $200 mail-in rebate).

B&H Photo Video has the Canon EOS M with 22mm Kit (Black) for $299.00. This is the absolute cheapest we’ve seen it ever!

The biggest issue with this little camera — the autofocus speed — is now much improved as a result of the latest firmware upgrade. For an idea of the speed difference, check out these videos before and after firmware update. With these issues now fixed, $299 is a spectacularly amazing price!
